We want you and your dog to love every product from Kiki's Comforts. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged or faulty items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect items If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right immediately.

Change of mind As our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we're unable to accept change of mind returns. Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
